At Trio Enterprises, we are committed to manufacture and deliver machine parts of impeccable quality. Over the years, we’ve built a state-of-the-art machine shop equipped with latest technology machines to ensure- ever increasing efficiency and reduced manufacturing time.

We have a very large fleet of machines for production comprising of 5 Axis Machines, Vertical Turning Centers, Vertical Machining Centers Horizontal Machining Centers, Honing Machines, Lapping Machines, Broaching Machines, Balancing Machines and various types of SPM’s. To ensure high level precision we also have supporting machines viz Shrink Fit Machines, Tool Pre-setter Machines, Marking Machines, CNC CMM etc.

Quality Assurance

Along with a state-of-the-art production floor, we lay immense focus on the quality of the parts manufactured & for the same, we are certified as IATF16949:2016. Our machine shop adheres to stringent quality benchmarks, which are continuously audited and improved by our team of professionals. We have various Six Sigma projects being undertaken on our production floor, which aim to identify and eliminate any shortcomings in our manufacturing process.

All our finished machine parts undergo strict quality checks in batches, and the reports are shared with our customers to ensure complete transparency. It is because of our commitment to delivering dependable machined metal components that we have been able to earn the trust of our clients.
