The foundation stone of Trio Enterprises was laid way back in 1970, as a small component manufacturer in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India with a humble investment, but with a vision and passion to grow, Trio Enterprises have become a trusted name in the industry manufacturing high-grade iron castings for Auto, Engineering, Compressor, Hydraulic, Farm equipment and mining industrial applications.

Since last 50 years, we have grown from a Kolhapur based small parts manufacturer to a renowned and trusted name in domestic and international markets. We are proud to deliver high quality machined components to world renowned OEM companies like John Deere, Danfoss, Case New Holland, Transaxle Manufacturing of America, Ingersoll Rand, FPT Powertrain, Mahindra & Mahindra, Carraro, Atlas Copco and many more.

Our state-of-the-art production facility has latest technology machines that meet international standards which enable us to manufacture highly critical parts with large volumes and stringent deadlines.

Mr.Padmakar Sapre

Managing Director

Mr.Padmakar Sapre is a present Group Chairman. From a very humble beginning he started the company in the year 1970 in Shivaji Udyamnagar. Today it has become group of companies with two state of art machine shop’s backed up by state of art foundry and supplying various types of machined castings as OE(Original Equipment)to customers like John Deere, CNH, Danfoss, Ingersoll Rand, Mahindra And Mahindra, Atlas Copco and Carraro.

Since he is avid gardener he has set-up his own nursery in the name of Usha Nursery which is running successfully.

His other social work interest is in upgrading the education systems and is presently the Chairman of the New Education Society which is a well known education institution in Kolhapur region.

As he is admired by all for his wisdom, assured leadership and management style, which combined shrewd business acumen with human warmth makes him a successful businessman.

Mr.Ajay P. Sapre

CEO & Director

Mr. Ajay P. Sapre son of Mr. Padmakar V. Sapre is a present Group CEO. He is the initiator of the global business as well as automation in the factory. He knows social responsibility & for this, adopted Bhudargad I.T.I through Public Private Partnership. Also, he is a Club Member of Rotary International & presently he is Vice Chairmen of C.I.I.

Mr.Satish Sapre

Director

Mr. Satish A. Sapre son of one of the partner Mr. Ashok V. Sapre, joined Trio Enterprises as a trainee in the year 1994. Under the able guidance of his elder uncle Mr. Padmakar V. Sapre and younger uncle Mr. Shirish V.Sapre he was given different responsibilities of handling different areas which he successfully did. He has witness the development and has been a key part of company’s growth. At present he is one of the Director and has hands-on experience of 28 years.
