Our Foundry is our soul.It is one of the few upgraded foundry units in this area. Our foundry is equipped with 3 medium frequency induction furnaces,spectrometer,DISA make moulding Machines,Shot Blasting & Fettling,Chemical Laboratory,Paint shop ,Knock out machine,Conveyor system,Sand cooling system,Bucket elevator and stroage hoppers
Our Foundry Capacity :
3 Inductiotherm make 500 KW VIP Power Track Medium Ferquancy Induction furance with 500 / 750 Kg.capacity crucible to manufature 1000 tonnes of casting per month
Overhead monorail pouring system for metal pouring with 250 kg bottom pouring ladles with mechanical ladle handlrs.
Vibratory type knock out machines with 500 kg capacity overhead hoist to transfer moulding boxes
Belt conveyor with Lump-Breaker & magnetic separator is provided for shifting sand to sand siver from knock out machine
Vibratory type sand siver with a capacity of 10 Tonnes per hour
Fluidsed sand cooling system with cycone attachment for clust removal by which sand tempetature is brought down to 40 C from 100 C
3-20 Ton Sand storage hopper with pneumatic opening,to store cooled which is shifted from sand cooler by a bucket elevato
250 Kgs capacity hanger typed double impeller shot blasting machine with full fledged grinding and fettling st up is established
500 Kgs sand mixer with ariator is put at height of 5 Mtrs for sand conditioning .500 kgs skip charger is provided for putting cooled sand in sand mixer.The treated sand is then put into four hoppers having a capacity of 1.5 Tonnes each with fish mouth opening on moulding machines
Mould tracks of 75 Mtrs .in length are with 10 transfer lines which accommodates around 300 pallet cars for mould handling
